nova-translations provides professional translation and language services. All services are delivered digitally. Services include document translation, website localisation, marketing translation, subtitles and transcription, and proofreading and editing.
Orders are confirmed upon payment via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent immediately. Project scope, word count, language pairs, and delivery timeline are confirmed in writing within 1-2 business days of payment.
All deliverables are digital files delivered by email or shared cloud folder. Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing at project start and depend on project size and selected timeline option.
Clients must provide complete source documents at project start. Changes to source documents after translation has begun may require additional charges. Context and terminology preferences provided at the outset improve quality.
Every project includes a three-day review period after delivery. Minor corrections to the delivered translation are handled without additional charge within that period. Substantial changes to source content after delivery constitute a new project.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Aveiro.
