All nova-translations services are delivered as digital files. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables are provided by email or shared cloud folder depending on file size.
Standard timeline (5-7 days): for projects up to approximately 5,000 words in one language pair. Professional timeline (3-4 days): 20% surcharge applies. Rush timeline (24-48 hours): 50% surcharge applies. Large projects and multi-language combinations are subject to individually agreed timelines.
Translations are delivered in the same format as the source file where technically possible (Word, PDF, InDesign, Excel, PowerPoint, subtitle formats). Original layout is preserved where possible.
A three-day review window is included after delivery. Minor corrections within this window are handled without additional charge. The review window begins on the day of delivery.
