A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and work has not commenced. If nova-translations is unable to complete the translation as specified, a full refund is provided.
Translation projects typically begin within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Rush projects (rush timeline option) may begin within 24 hours. Once translation work has begun, refunds are not available.
If you believe a delivered translation contains significant errors or materially departs from the source, contact us within the three-day review window. We will review and correct at no charge, or escalate to an independent review if required.
